We are delighted to see the start on site of Pangbourne Boathouse, creating two generous new boathouses, clubhouse and other key facilities for Pangbourne College. The narrow site is extremely challenging narrow; sandwiched between the River Thames and main road and surrounded by listed buildings and within the floodplain. Mitchell Eley Gould successfully navigated a complex planning process with Turley Planning Consultants and have worked closely with the College and contractor, during a 2 stage tender process, to meet the College’s budget. The new boathouse is due for completion late 2027.
