We are delighted that the hard work and vision of our architectural team, the patience and commitment of our clients and the collaboration of our consultants have resulted in our work being recognised across multiple projects in this years Bath Property Awards. The Bath Property Awards are annual awards celebrating the best of Bath’s property and architecture sector.
We are shortlisted for the award for best Architect, best Employer, and best Partnership. Senior Architect, Jake Richardson, has also been nominated in the Outstanding Individual category. Projects recognised for the awards include Argyle Works, Electric Lodge and the Bath Cats and Dogs Home.
We are especially pleased that Argyle Works in central Bath has been nominated for the Best Residential Development Award. The project realises eight affordable, energy-efficient apartments on a brownfield infill site with complex constraints that required highly skilled architectural resolution. The project is the first social housing in Banes for 30 years and we were delighted to be able to assist Bath and North East Somerset with the delivery of these.
